PADEL TEAMBUILDING / DUBAI
Get to know the people
behind the job titles.
Padel team days for shared wins,
missed shots and proper connection.
The quiet one calls the winning shot. The new starter saves the rally. Someone misses the easiest ball of the day. Everyone laughs.
That’s the idea. We bring teams across Dubai onto the padel court, mix up the usual groups, and give people something to figure out together.
No experience needed. Just a willingness to give it a go.

Short rounds, breaks and a pace that suits your group. The keen players can compete; first-timers can find their feet.
03 A DIFFERENT WAY TO CONNECT

| rally. A padel team day | Obstacle races | |
|---|---|---|
| The energy | Playful competition, with time to catch your breath | A physical challenge with a finish-line buzz |
| How you connect | New partners, quick calls and shared points | Help each other through a shared course |
| Room for different levels | Coaching, short rounds and a flexible pace | Choose a course that suits your team’s fitness |
| Pick it for | Getting people moving and mixing | A team that enjoys an endurance challenge |
Every organiser does things differently. This is a guide to the feel of each format.

Less pressure. More “let’s try that again.”Short matches, fresh partners and a little friendly rivalry. We adapt the rounds to your group, with room to rest, watch and jump back in.
New partner. New team story.Finish with a group photo and an unhurried catch-up. Celebrate the best rally, the biggest surprise and that shot everyone saw coming.
The score fades. The stories stick. The exact format, timing and venue are shaped around your team.
05 THE GOOD STUFF
The winning point. The questionable technique.
The photo that becomes the group chat icon.
06 BEFORE YOU LACE UP
That’s a good place to start. The session begins with the basics, and the games are adapted to the group. Nobody needs to arrive knowing how to score.
No. Tell us about your group and any access or participation needs when planning. We can discuss shorter rounds, more breaks and ways to join in at a comfortable pace.
Venue and timing matter. We plan around the season and discuss indoor court options for hotter months. The final venue is confirmed with your team-day plan.
Start with your estimated headcount. Court availability and the number of rotations shape the plan, so we’ll agree a format before anything is booked.
Absolutely. We can build the day around casual rallies, changing partners and shared challenges, with a friendly tournament only if that suits your people.
The next team story starts on court.
